Enquiries and consultation

After your enquiry we will set up an initial meeting with our distributor Gero, to discuss your challenges and requirements. During this consultation, we not only show you the scope of the contract and determine the number of hours, but also assess how we as an agency are suitable for your company.

Dispatch and signing of contract

After a successful initial meeting, you can soon expect an individualised contract. This contract will contain, inter alia, your chosen subscription and number of hours as well as the ground rules of the support.

Onboarding of new customers

We undertake onboarding with all our new customers who conclude a retainer contract with us. This includes a shop analysis, so that our developers can become familiar with possible faults and problems. During a follow-up meeting with our distributor Gero and our project manager Marcel we will discuss general background information of your company, after which a roadmap for the coming weeks will be created.

Start of the support

Now we can start! Our team is prepared to implement the first tasks and to make your shop more successful. From now on, fixed development slots are booked with the developers of 8mylez which will be used for your project only.
